Manchester. Yay.

I got the keys to my new apartment today. I spent some time moving some small stuff into the apartment today. I am staying here in Bloomfield until Monday morning when I am moving the rest of my furniture. Some random thoughts:

• Moving was much easier when I could fit everything I owned into my car (plus a couple extra boxes in my dad's car). Oh, to be a poor college student and own nothing again.
• Living near a mall could be the end of me. I am walking distance from both the mall and a bunch of the nearby stores (including Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Best Buy). I spent a some time this afternoon shopping for cool things that I want in my new place. This could become a bad habit, or a very fun habit depending on how you look at it.
• Why again did I decide to have my annual poker tournament this weekend? Yes, it is easier to fit 20-25 people into my one-bedroom apartment before I have moved in any furniture, but it's one thing I wish I didn't have to worry about this weekend. I better win.
• I'm really excited to live in a nice town for a change. Bloomfield is convenient (can't beat a 2 mile drive to work), but there is much more to do in Manchester.
