Signs I am Getting Old

Every year around this time, my company sends a couple actuaries back to the University of Michigan to give a presentation to students on campus and start the recruiting efforts for summer internships and full-time positions. We always line the trip up with a home football weekend. This weekend, FlyingV and RytheRed are back in Ann Arbor watching the football game and getting ready for their presentation on Monday. Unfortunately, since I am not one of the two youngest Michigan grads here in CT, I do not get to go on the trip anymore. So sad. Now, I am sitting in my apartment by myself watching Michigan play like shit during the first quarter of their game against Wisconsin. Maybe today was not a good day to try and break my 'M' hockey jersey curse.

Game day loses it's edge a little when there is no one to watch the game with. I feel a little too calm right now, especially given that the Badgers are up 7-0.
