Season's over

5-1 final. North Dakota humiliated the worst Michigan hockey team in twenty years (according to win total).

I will cheer myself up at some point tomorrow by watching my tape of the 2002 UM vs. U-Denver NCAA quarterfinal at Yost Arena. Best. Game. Ever. Oh the memories from that weekend when the hockey team was good (Taunting Molly, the SCSU cheerleader who called Michigan fans 'horrible people' in a local newspaper. The SCSU mascot that tried to pick a fight with our team before the opening faceoff. The insane crowd. Losing my voice from yelling too much. The last minute goal to beat the #1 team in the country and reach the frozen four. Yost Arena literally shaking...)
