Open Letter to the Detroit Red Wings
Dear Red Wings,
I stayed up until 2:15AM on a school night to watch you play a double overtime hockey game tonight. I am disappointed that you decided not to win. Why couldn't you just throw in the towel when you were down 3-1 with ten minutes to play? Why drag the game into the wee hours of the morning and break my heart even more with an OT loss?
I plan to stay up late for game four on Thursday. Please do not disappoint me again. As a loyal viewer, I feel you owe me. Thank you.

it's not that I don't like the Red Wings or anything, but I just can't seem to get into it this year. Maybe it's the year off, who knows? I just feel like they're not really giving it their full effort until it comes down to the wire.
I officially exchanged my Detroit sportsfandom to the Pistons two years ago anyways. DEEEEEEEETROIT BASKETBAAAAAAALL!
