Tag sale?

I have become acclimated to common phrases, terms, and habits of New Englanders now that I have lived in Hartford for nearly four years. For example, I often refer to 'pop' as 'soda', even when I am visiting the Midwest these days. I have frequent bouts with lead-footitis and occasionally run red lights (usually because it beats the alternative of getting rear-ended by another car also running the light).

However, I still cannot refer to a 'garage sale' as a 'tag sale'. What the fuck is a tag sale? A bunch of pieces of crap that you are selling out of your garage is called a garage sale! I was reminded of how stupid that name is when driving out to Manchester today. I passed at least three different tag sales on my drive and definitely rolled my eyes each time.

Lame rant I know, but I have nothing else to talk about. Definitely not the fact that the Red Wings sucked again today. And it's more entertaining than me complaining about getting sick.

It's coke. Not to be mistaken with the name brand "Coke." Everything is a coke. Example--

Waiter: What would you like to drink?
Diner: I'll take a coke.
Waiter: What kind?
Diner: Sprite (or Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, CocaCola, etc)

Pop is ridiculous!
